So I’ve been sitting on a bunch of songs that I haven’t posted because none of them are simply amazing… But since I can’t think of anything better to post I’ll post a bunch of random stuff.

If you’ve been to see Girls Aloud on their tour lately you’ve probably seen ‘The Saturdays’ live in action as they’ve been touring with the band on their ‘Tangled Up’ tour. This will be the first single and will be physically released on July 28th in the Uk. I think this might be the best pop song from a debut band in quite some time!

Fun Fact: Two members of The Saturdays used to be in S Club 8 – Frankie and Rochelle.

Oh Ola… what have you done? Perhaps this one will grow on me? FeelGood is his new single from his re-released Good Enough album. As I write this I’m listening to the song for the third time and maybe I like it a bit more ;) It is very poppy and the chorus is sorta fun. I guess it just doesn’t seem like single material to me. It’s nowhere near as good as S.O.S, Natalie or Love in Stereo. Frankly I think there were better single choices on the original Good Enough album.

This is a cover of the massive 80’s hit by ‘Toto.’ It’s actually one of my favorite 80’s tracks… so I’m happy to have a modern twist to listen to. Although I’m not crazy for the urban feel… I do love the chorus. Karl Wolf is a talented Canadian song writer and producer who is starting to have some mainstream success across the country.

Fun fact: Karl Wolf sung lead vocals on the third album for Canadian band – Sky.

A track from his new album… suits my mood at the minute.
Ola – If You Gave Me Your Love
If you haven’t ordered your copy yet, what are you waiting for? S.O.S alone is worth the price to ship it!

Ola Svensson

It’s not a cover… It’s ANOTHER song called S.O.S!

This is what pop music is all about! Ola Svensson is already setting the swedish charts on fire with his new single S.O.S!

Ola is about to release his new album this fall and if you are a pop fan this is one album you’ll have to check out. Rumour has it that this album isn’t filled with filler ballads and of coarse it will include his single ‘Natalie’ that was a smash hit earlier this summer. To be honest I wasn’t all that impressed with him at first… but he’s really impressed me lately and I think I’m a huge Ola fan now.
